New Medical Forms
The new Boy Scouts of America medical form must be filled out for each and every scout. In the past, it was acceptable for you to staple your pediatricians form to this medical form, however, this is no longer allowed. Please have your pediatrician fill out the form and sign it.

Please visit the Pinewood Derby Results Page
This years Trophy winners were: 1st Place -Victor L. (Den 1, Tiger), 2nd Place-Brady G. (Den 3, Wolf), and 3rd place- Daniel B, (Den 5, Bear).
The Pinewood Derby is a yearly race, where all Scouts research, design, build, paint and race cars that are made from a single block of wood. Certain parameters have to be met, such as weight, length, height and width. Parental involvement is encouraged, but most of the work is done by the Scouts. As with all the other activities in Scouting, the Pinewood Derby encourages personal growth through learning, sportsmanship, new experiences, and fun.

Pack 409 is number one!
The Cub Scout sign is made with the right arm held high and straight up above the shoulder, with the index and middle fingers forming a V.
The other two fingers are held with the thumb.
The two extended fingers stand for the parts of the Cub Scout
Promise, "to help other people" and "to obey."
They also stand for the two alert ears of a wolf.
The Cub Scout sign should be given when repeating the Cub Scout
Promise or Law of the Pack. It is also used in other
ceremonies.
It is also used to get the boys attention or encourage boys to be
quiet. When the sign is raised, everyone should become quiet
and also raise the sign themselves.
